I appreciated the excellent breakfast buffet. It had a great selection. The free drinks and ice cream were a real treat. I found the massage chairs in the lobby so relaxing after a long day. The location was perfect. Everything was very accessible.

The hotel is located very close to the main waterway. Many attractions, shops, and bars are easily walkable from the hotel. Other areas are also easily accessible, so it has an amazing location.

The hotel offers complimentary snacks and beverages in reception (I had an iced drink after coming in from the heat outside). The laundry room had a kettle and ice available on demand. The washing machine and dryer were easy to use and pre-loaded with detergent.

My room had two good sized twin beds and ample floor space. This allowed me to easily set up suitcases, clothes, and toiletries. The air conditioning worked very well (it was much appreciated).

I found the location excellent, close to many shops. staff members were friendly and willing to assist. i appreciated the free noodles and soft drinks. It was a nice touch. the scale for weighing luggage in the lobby was useful (i didn't have to worry about overweight luggage).

the room was quite small. there was limited space for luggage, a bit inconvenient. storing my belongings became challenging (especially since i had a lot of souvenirs).

The hotel had complimentary lobby drinks. That was a nice perk.

My room felt cramped, especially with the awkward layout. there was a massive pillar taking up a lot of space near the beds. the bathroom was also very small and difficult to maneuver in. I wish i had known this beforehand.
